90% of flyers are immediately thrown in the trash. (Yes, I just made up that statistic, but it’s probably true!) Instead of just handing off a flyer to a fellow gig worker and walking away, use it to strike up a conversation with them, learn what they think about gig work and what their issues are, and let them know we’re fighting for change and they can be a part of it. Emphasize the importance of actually visiting the website and signing on if they want to stay plugged in.
